Kakobuy Spreadsheet Guide 2026: The Getting-Started Checklist

The Kakobuy spreadsheet is friendly to new buyers, but only if you follow the sequence. Skip a step and everything downstream gets rocky. This checklist walks you through the nine items that get you from zero to a shipped parcel, in the exact order that works.

The nine-item checklist

Item 1: Create your free Kakobuy account

Sign up on the Kakobuy platform. New buyers usually receive a shipping coupon bonus at signup — apply it later at parcel step. Verify your email; this account is the anchor for everything.

Time: 5 minutes.

Item 2: Bookmark the Kakobuy spreadsheet homepage

Add the sheet to your browser bookmark bar. Set it as a start-page tab if you plan to shop regularly. Every session begins here.

Time: 1 minute.

Item 3: Understand the eleven categories

Shoes, Hoodies/Sweaters, T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants/Shorts, Headwear, Sets, Underwear, Jersey, Accessories, Other Stuff. Category IDs (911-921) are stable for the year — bookmarks survive.

Time: 10 minutes browsing.

Item 4: Pick your first-order category

Green-tier only: T-shirts, hoodies, or accessories. Structural simplicity means low reject rates and forgiving sizing. Save shoes and jackets for order two or three.

Time: immediate decision.

Item 5: Shortlist three items

Open three listings from your chosen category. Screenshot each. Do not cart yet. Look for listings with at least 15 community QC photos from 5+ distinct buyers.

Time: 20 minutes.

Item 6: Run community QC review

For each shortlisted listing, open the community QC block. Look for aligned stitching, correct colorway under daylight, and clean interior finishing. Reject on ambiguity, not just obvious defects.

Time: 45 minutes total, 15 minutes per listing.

Item 7: Cart survivors and wait for warehouse

Items that passed the community QC review go into your cart. Kakobuy purchases on your behalf and items land in the warehouse within 1-4 days.

Time: 10 minutes to submit orders, then 1-4 days waiting.

Item 8: Review warehouse QC photos

When warehouse photos are ready, inspect each item deliberately. Apply the same green-flag/red-flag rules from Item 6. Reject anything questionable — sellers reissue within 3-7 days.

Time: 30 minutes.

Item 9: Submit the parcel with the coupon

Once all items pass warehouse QC, submit the parcel. Apply the current shipping coupon at parcel step (not at product step). Choose EUB for economy or DHL for speed. Confirm the discount is showing before payment.

Time: 15 minutes.

What each item protects against

• Item 1: no account = no shopping. Foundation.
• Item 3: unfamiliar categories = wasted time. Orientation.
• Item 4: red-tier categories on order one = predictable disappointment.
• Item 5: rushed carting = impulse buys.
• Item 6: skipped community QC = arrival regrets.
• Item 8: rushed warehouse QC = shipping bad items internationally.

About 3 hours of active work spread across 2 weeks. That includes registration, orientation, shortlisting, QC review, cart submission, warehouse QC, and parcel submission.

After that, EUB shipping takes 14-22 days to Western addresses. Your first parcel lands about 3 weeks after you complete Item 9.

What happens after Item 9

Track your parcel casually — not obsessively. When it arrives, unbox in daylight, photograph everything, log outcomes in a private notebook. That log becomes your best decision tool by order 20.
